Start an exhange or refund. 

At Swirlcoon, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 14 day exchange policy and 7 day refund policy for our customers. 

How do I exchange my order? 

You are eligible to start the Swirlcoon exchange process within 14 days of the arrival of your order. Submit your exchange request at contact@swirlcoon.com, and our support team will assist you with the exchange process.


Once your exchange request is sent, our support team will thoroughly review your claim. This process usually takes up to 14 days. You will be able to proceed with the exchange process only after your request has been verified by the team. 


We refuse to give you exchange if:

(i) You simply changed your mind.

(ii) You misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem.

Note: You are advised to include visual evidence (pictures or videos) of your claim.


Once your request is reviewed and verified, you will be asked to ship the item back to our fulfillment warehouse. As a buyer, you must pay all return shipping costs and register your return package with a tracking number. 

Return packages must include the following:

- Receipt of purchase

- Original packaging

- Tracking


Your new Swirlcoon will only be dispatched once we have received the package. You must pay all the cost regarding the dispatch and delivery of new Swirlcoon.

NOTE: If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for an exchange. Swirlcoon will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for an exchange.

How do I return my order for a refund? 

You are eligible to start your Swirlcoon refund process in within 7 days of the arrival of your order. Submit your refund request at contact@swirlcoon.com and our support team will assist you with the refund.


Once your refund request is sent, our support team will thoroughly review your claim. This process usually takes up to 30 days. You will be able to proceed with the refund process only after your request has been verified by the team.

Return of your order will only be processed after once we have received the package. You will be refunded of the total price your order minus shipping fee, minus any discounts.

Can I cancel my order / change a delivery address?

Contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order to cancel it or change the delivery address. After 30 minutes, cancellations without valid reason may not be available as your order may already have been sent to our fulfilment center. In this case, you will need to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for an exchange or refund.
