Does the magnetic stirrer bar (Flowerpod™) stay in place?
Yes, Flowerpod™ is made of a powerful N38-grade neodymium magnet to stays at the right spot at all times - when its being spun or when the mug is moved around. It also features fixed rotor design that keeps Flowerpod™ attached to the base when it is used.

What is magnetic stirring technology?
Magnetic stirring technology uses the rotating magnetic field to spin the magnetic stirrer bar at a rapid rate. This brillant tech, coupled with Swirlcoon's magentic stirrer bar enable Swirlcoon to produce powerful whirlpool that makes virtually no noise.
How to use Swirlcoon?
1. Attach the magnetic stirrer bar to the center of the mug base.
Once properly adsorbed onto the center of mug base, Swirlcoon's flower-shaped N38-grade neodymium stirrer bar will stay at the right spot at all times.
2. Pour water and the powder of your choice into Swirlcoon.
While you're at it, make sure that the magnetic stirrer bar is firmly attached to the center of the mug base.
3. Press the power button & relax as the whirlpool masterfully mixes your drink!
Swirlcoon's whirlpool will automatically stop in 30 seconds (or just about any time you like when you tap the power button again), leaving a wonderfully blended drink behind. Enjoy!
NOTE: When blending thick powders (e.g. instant oatmeal or thick protein powder), follow the instructions of Swirling tough powder.
Does Swirlcoon’s whirlpool cause spillage?
Swirlcoon is engineered to effectively contain the drink within the mug, even when the whirlpool is on.
Does the whirlpool stop automatically after it is turned on?
Swirlcoon’s whirlpool is set to stop in 30 seconds after its activation. Alternatively, you are able to manually stop the activated whirlpool by tapping the power button again.
Will my drink be clumpy or sludgy with powder even after Swirlcoon blends them?
Swirlcoon’s powerful whirlpool technology does all the mixing for you, leaving no powder clumps or residue behind.
Is Swirlcoon dishwasher-safe?
DO NOT use the dishwasher to clean Swirlcoon as it might damage the mug. Instead, try rinsing Swirlcoon through running water (without soaking it head to toe).
Can I put Swirlcoon in the microwave?
Do not microwave Swirlcoon! Swirlcoon is an electronic device, which should never go in a microwave. As with all electronics and metals, it may result in a fire when heated up in the microwave. Doing so will result in permanent damage to your Swirlcoon.
How quiet is it when using Swirlcoon?
With magnetic stirring technology, Swirlcoon operates with virtually no noise. While Swirlcoon may make a little sucking noise when its blending through thick powder, you might even forget it's on with the lid on!
Is the USB port/USB cable waterproof?
While Swirlcoon’s USB cable is waterproof, the USB port isn’t. Always ensure that both USB cable and USB port are dry when charging Swirlcoon.
Why does my magnetic stirrer bar quiver a little as it spins?
As it spins, support points of the magnetic stirrer bar may rub against the base of the mug, thus quivering itself. However, no matter how violently spun or shaken, the stirring bar will not fall off.
Can Swirlcoon handle thick powder?
Of course, Swirlcoon is designed to handle all sorts of powders! However, to guarantee Swirlcoon’s success in fully dissolving tough powders, try out the following steps:
Pour water into Swirlcoon -> Press the power button -> Slowly pour the powder into the activated whirlpool
Note: Swirlcoon is unable to blend some extra-thick powders (e.g. instant oatmeal, thick whey protein powder), as their viscosity slows down the stirrer bar.
Can Swirlcoon blend fruits and ice?
Swirlcoon cannot blend the above ingredients as it is not equipped with sharp blades.
How quickly does Swirlcoon charge?
It normally takes 90 minutes to fully charge Swirlcoon. Once fully charged, Swirlcoon will last a whole week, creating 70+ swirls!
How long can Swirlcoon keep a drink hot/cold?
Swirlcoon's stainless-steel double-wall technology keeps your drink hot for 2+ hours, and cold for 3+ hours.
