Returns and Exchange

If you aren’t satisfied with the Swirlcoon(s) within 14 days of usage for functional reasons, you are eligible to return your Swirlcoon for a full refund or exchange. To get a full refund or exchange, you must *contact us*, in which you should include your order number and attach photos of the defective parts of Swirlcoon as evidence. After the product is confirmed to be defective by the production team, we will supply you with the address to which you should ship Swirlcoon. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs and registering your return package with a tracking number. Swirlcoon will only be refunded after you, the buyer provides the proof of shipment of the product. The product must be returned in NEW condition and in the original packaging.


Return packages must include:

- Receipt of purchase

- Original packaging

- Tracking

*Vouchers are not refundable.
